Add a companion-radio target for the Heltec Wireless Stick V3. Make SSD1306 dimensions configurable with 128x64 defaults, and use a dedicated 64x32 UI for Bluetooth status, message count, and node identity.

Adds a BLE companion-radio target for the Heltec Wireless Stick V3.
Currently there is no dedicated variant for the WS. If the base v3 is used, the random PIN does not fit on the screen and it is (nearly) impossible to pair. If the WSL3 variant is used, the WS3 64x32 display is completely unused.
This PR adds a dedicated 64x32 mini UI for Bluetooth status, message count, and node identity so that a random PIN can be used and node identified without pairing it. No other UI pages were implemented because WS3 is not a prime choice for standalone companion use.
Top line shows PIN or CONNECTED. Bottom line alternates between 10 first chars of node name and 3 bytes of public key.
