Problem
Update chat to support shimmy.
Solution
Changes for using shimmy with chat functions.
Testing
These changes have been tested under the exemplar chat function (lambda-feedback/reflectiveChatFunction#9). The Shimmy-version reflectiveChatFunction is currently deployed on the staging environment and is built and deployed with Shimmy. Marcus has tested via POST requests but have issues with getting it integrated into Lambda.
Before adoption to all prod chat functions we must merge a backend fix: to auto append ‘/chat’ at the end of the mued urls.
