Description

Add the NanoPi R2S Plus to the supported platforms list (Tier 2,
alongside the R2S). The Plus is the eMMC variant of the R2S — the
code changes and hardware regression test results are in
kernelkit/infix PR #1589.

The NanoPi R2S Plus (32 GB eMMC variant of the R2S) is now supported;
