I'm just going to merge it so we get the functionality. Then if we want different colors, we can change it in a future PR. |

Yeah I'll leave that to people who know visual design. I just made stuff darker. |

Adds colours for the disabled/inactive states of Qt widgets. This is mainly useful for Hammer. Not too attached to the specific colours, mostly just picked something so you can actually see if a widget is disabled.
