Removes phone recording and sensor XML layouts replaced by Compose screens.
What was added
How it works
Measurement setup, active recording, sensor preview, and sensor details now construct their hierarchy in Compose. State changes update only the affected composables, so manual layout inflation and row binding are no longer required.

Layer 27 of 31 in the SensorBox refactor stack. Review this PR against its configured base to see only this layer.
