Removes advanced recording and settings fragments superseded by the new Compose flows.
What was added
How it works
Measurement options, annotations, counters, and preferences now live in typed main state and are edited through Compose controls. User actions become intents, while domain use cases perform the recording behavior that was previously embedded in fragment handlers.
